the power of art in science

DRAWING CONCLUSIONS

Science has always drawn heavily upon the visualization of data. Whether using a graph, a map, or a photo, data visualization is generally the most effective means of communicating your research findings. Drawing conclusions is generally frowned upon, but in the growing world of science communication, it may be what works best! Communicating your work through visualization is an easy and effective way to drive home the results of your study. Not sure what I mean? See some examples below.

SCIENTIFIC FIGURES

They say a picture is worth 1,000 words, and with page charges in popular journals, you might want to take advantage of that loophole! A compelling and aesthetic figure is an easy way to make your upcoming publication stand out!

LOGOS

Consistent branding across a project conveys unity and legitimacy. Nothing pushes a brand like a logo! Consider implementing a lab, project, or event logo to make your work stand apart from the rest!
